Service Description

This is the core work — an ongoing weekly space to explore what's underneath the surface patterns. Most of my clients are working through anxious attachment, codependency, trauma bonds, relationship addiction, or a persistent sense of losing themselves in love. Sessions are integrative: the direction is shaped by what's most alive for you each week.
