As a UK-based psychotherapist, I support clients with a range of emotional and psychological challenges — including anxiety, trauma, difficulties with confidence or life transitions.
I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you in making sense of your emotions and experiences. We'll work at your pace, focusing on the issues that matter most to you — whether you're seeking greater emotional well-being, clarity in relationships, or tools to manage overwhelming thoughts. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can build resilience, improve self-awareness, and find balance in your everyday life.

My Story

For a long time, I found it hard to truly understand who I was, and that made facing life’s ups and downs even harder. Moving to London and finding my way in a new culture brought its own challenges — but it also gave me some of the most important lessons about myself and how I relate to the world around me.

Starting therapy was a turning point. It gave me the space to explore my identity more deeply and make sense of my emotions. I began to understand myself in ways I hadn’t before — learning to tune into my body, listen to what I was feeling, and make choices that felt more aligned with who I really am.

These experiences now shape the way I work. I bring openness, honesty, and a sense of humour into the therapy room, along with a deep belief in the power of self-discovery. I know how difficult it can feel to sit with uncertainty or stuckness — and I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your own way through.
