Online therapy across the UK
Access specialist psychotherapy from anywhere in the UK. All sessions are held online via a secure video platform — so you can work with a therapist who specialises in the patterns that matter to you, regardless of where you live.
How online therapy works
Sessions take place via a secure, encrypted video platform. You'll need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Most clients use a laptop or tablet, though a phone works too.
We meet at a scheduled time each week or fortnight. Sessions last 50 minutes. Everything discussed is confidential within the limits of safeguarding and the law.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes. Research consistently shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for a wide range of difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Many people find the comfort of their own space actually helps them open up more easily.
What I specialise in
My practice focuses on patterns rooted in childhood experience and attachment: trauma and complex PTSD, childhood emotional neglect and abuse, codependency and people-pleasing, love addiction and relationship obsession, anxious and avoidant attachment patterns, trauma bonding, and repeating relationship cycles.
Fees and booking
A free 15-minute consultation is available so we can discuss what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit. Therapy sessions are £70 for 50 minutes. I also offer reduced-fee places when available — please ask.
Security and confidentiality
All sessions use end-to-end encrypted video. I'm registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), which requires adherence to a strict ethical framework including confidentiality. Session records are stored securely in compliance with UK data protection law.
Nationwide coverage
Because all sessions are online, I work with clients across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. There's no need to find a local therapist when you can access specialist support from home.
