How I help others

Life is full of challenges, and some are harder to face than others. Whether you're going through heartbreak, grieving a loss, feeling overwhelmed at work, or uncertain about where your life is heading — we all encounter moments that feel difficult to accept or make sense of.

During these times, our sense of self can feel shaken or unclear. Our identity is always evolving, and when we experience shifts like these, it’s common to feel anxious or uncertain about what they mean for us and our place in the world.

At times, it’s not a specific event that brings us to therapy, but a persistent sense of stuckness — feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, or unsure of what we truly want. You might not know exactly what you’re looking for, only that something doesn’t feel quite right.
